The Last Goodbye by The Kills. directed by Samantha Morton Helms.

2 things i like in one - photo booth + black & white.

a very facial expression/emotion driven music video. when i just watch the video without reading the ‘direction’ behind, i didn’t connect with the expression/art direction of the video. only after reading it n replay the video tht i felt it being beautiful.

nonetheless, it is beautifully framed and both of them are amazing as a duo. one can feel the chemistry between them.

this whole piece gives me chill. not the dark twist in it but the whole piece putting together. the sound and visual fits P E R F E C T L Y. seriously. watch it n you’ll understand the experience. fuking amazing.
