Now and Then, Sex still Sells.

didn’t know about this heated argument till this morning. people are just interesting. what’s there to argue about this ad…really???

i’ve probably walked past this ad i believe and to me it’s just – “another CK ad”. it’s speaks of their brand identity? what’s so different with the one tht’s being replaced? same thing!!!!! also, SINCE WHEN SUCH AD IS SUPPOSE TO SELL THE PRODUCT??? how many fashion ad IS suppose to sell the product? it’s the lifestyle, people!

and plus, what’s wrong with a girl with 3 guys? does that means a guy can have 3 girls and not the other way around? and come on people, the internet has WAY MORE pornographic access then a frigging billboard. do parents really know what their kids are doing online? jeez…

from me: public lost, CK win. BIG TIME.

and please check out the interesting ads that Josh Smith from idsgn collected on flickr. but to here, i guess this proves a point that the size of an ad and where it’s being placed does speaks its own language. tht’s a very important point in the ad world.

Glue Society

“it wasn’t meant to end like this” by glue society for sculpture by the sea festival, aarhaus in denmark, 2009.

“hot with a chance of a late storm”, sydney’s sculpture by the sea event, tamarama in australia, 2006.

all amazing work by the glue society! i’m very impress! look through all of their work on their site! conceptually strong and fun creative work! they all brings out the message! LOVE IT! the artwork is beautifully executed too!

another great work is the “god’s eye view” which portrays the four key biblical events as if captured by google earth. nicely executed!!!!!

check them out! i wonder if it’ll be stressful to work with them but i’m SURE i’ll have tons of fun and challenge!!! creative thinking rocks!!!! beautiful execution tops!!! hahaha! (pardon my ‘simple’ english…it’s my second language… :P)
